Dr. Hsin-Yuan Chen received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan in 1994 and 2000, respectively. Since August 2000, she had been with Feng Chia University (FCU), Taichung, Taiwan, where she was the Professor of Automatic Control Engineering Department from 2000-2010. After 2010, she was a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Listed OTC technology companies. From 2019 to 2022, She was a Professor and Dean of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence College at Normal University. Now, She is a Director and Professor at Center for Digital Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Zhejiang University. And she is a chair Professor at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Zhejiang University. Her current research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Big Data Systems, Embeded Systems, Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0 , Blockchain and VR/AR, meta.
